The ice has a colling effect, whereas water as steam may cause severe burns because ice at 0 degree ate 273 k ots colling effect we onse it mix the moisture in air and it's molicule in cool steam touch our skin atom and we cool after touch it's moisture for own body temperature for felling cool and the water as steam was 100 degree ts causes severe and Lead global warming because it steam mix in air and also damage not more in green house but it mix oil and sodium and Max gas in closed cause dead carbon monoxid that is why the both cases was observation in daily life for cooling case whereas water steam and both was produce water
