According to the question;

'Water becomes warm near Brazil due to ocean currents.'

This statement is completely true , because the Brazil Current is a warm water current which flows through the South Brazilian coast to the mouth of the Río De La Plata.

On the other hand;

"It becomes cold near African coast."

This statement is also true due to the cold African current which flows through the coastal region of the Africa.
