the particles are in continuous motion so they have kinetic energy in them through which they can diffuse and move away...I think this cause evaporation at any temperature this is all I know...hope helps:-)

Answer:Yes,Water evaporate at any temperature.
Ex:when we wash the floor of our house. After some time the water on the floor will be disappear.
The water on the floor disappeared because the water is evaporated. The water molecules evaporated because the water molecules are in random motion due to which collisions between water molecule takes place.During collision the energy transfer takes place when the water molecules strikes the water molecules at the surface it will gain energy and escape to the surroundings. If the no. of water molecules escaping are more than the no. of water molecules returning. the level of water decreases and finally the full water is disappeared. In this way the evaporation takes place
