Water comes out slowly from an upstairs tap than from a similar tap downstairs.
Explain.

The water is coming from underground water resourses and the upstairs tap need more effort to pull water up then that tap on downstairs. Also the tap on downstairs can easily pull up the water easily and that's why the water comes fast in downstairs one than the upstairs one.

It is because of the pressure exerted by water. As the depth of water increases, the pressure also increases.

Water tanks are kept on the terrace of buildings. The distance between the tank and the upstairs tap is lesser than the distance between the tank and the downstairs tap so water comes out with more force in the downstairs tap than from the upstairs one.
