Conservation of water means it's wise and careful use . it means not wasting water and also maintaining its quality. Some ways in which water can be conserved are as follows
1. avoid wastage of water.
2. recycle it whenever possible.
3.plant trees and other vegetation.this increase the absorption of water by the soil and increase the water table.
4. reduce water pollution by treating sewage and factory waste before disposing them.
5.control flooding and store water for use when rain fails by building dams. however big dams have their own problems.
