Water cycle is a physical change, on the grounds that the condition of water changes from fluid to vaporous and again from vaporous to fluid amid dissipation and buildup.

It's reversible as water in the wake of vanishing and shaping the mists again encourage to descend as water once more.

So water in its fluid frame is re gotten.
