water droplets are seen on the outer surface of a glass containing ice cold water

what happens is when cold water absorbs the heat of the glass this reduce the temperature of glass now the water vapour present in the air condenses on the glass surface.

because the water of our surrounding get attracted with the glass containing ice cold water as we have studied the characteristics of matter that they attract eachother.
