Water evaporates from the sea due to the heat of the sun. This water rises up in the air in

the form of water vapour. High up, it condenses to form clouds. When the clouds become

heavy with water, they burst and the water falls in the form of rain or snow . Rain water

reaches the rivers and then flows into the sea again. So the water that evaporated from the

sea comes back into the sea. This series of events keep repeating and is called water

cycle. 5

A. The ________________ heats the ocean.

B. Ocean water ___________ and rises into the air.

C. The ______________cools and condenses to become droplets, which form _____.
