Under normal atmospheric conditions, boiling temperature of water is 100 degree C.
The types of molecules of the water affects the boiling point. The force of attraction between the molecules is relatively strong, hence boiling point is higher. Similarly the freezing point is 0 degree C. During these condition water remains in liquid state. However, the pressure and impurities in water can cause in variation of both boiling point and freezing point of water.
