Height of water level in cistern increases  = 5.133 m

Step-by-step explanation:

Water flow Rate = 10 km /hr

= 10000  m/hr

Time = 24 minutes  = 24/60  = 2/5  hrs

cross section a circle of radius 35 cm  = 35/100 m = 7/20  m

Cross section  Area = (22/7) * (7/20)²

= 154/400

= 77/200  m²

Total Water flown = 10000 * (2/5 )  (77/200) =  1540 m³

Height of water level in cistern increases  = 1540/(25 * 12)

= 5.133 m
