Answer :-

volume of water from the pipe = nr^2 × rate

Rate 12 km / h = 12 × 5/18 m/s

r = 3.5 cm = 7/2cm = 7/200 m

volume of water in 1 sec

= nr^2h

= n × 7/200 × 7/200 × 10/3 m^3

volume in 15 min = n×49×15×60 /4000×3

radius of cylinder = 7m

volume of tank = volume of water in 15 mins .

nr^2h = n × 49 × 75 / 1000

h = 49 × 75 / 1000 × 7 × 7 = 75/1000m = 3/40 m
