Hey here it is,

Each hydrogen atom has one proton (positive charge) and one electron (negative charge). The oxygen atom has 8 protons and 8 electrons. Because the water molecule has the same number of protons as electrons, a water molecule is neutral. It has no overall or “net” charge.
