Water hyacinth floats on water. Why ? How is this tissue different from that of succlent plant

Water hyacinth floats in water due to presence of large air cavities in the parenchyma tissue. These specialized parenchyma tissue are called parenchyma. An aquatic plant bubbles because it releases oxygen bubbles. The oxygen bubbles float to the surface of the water and get released in to the air
