We know that Distance=speed×time
height =S×t=25000×40/60=1000000/60=100000/6m
volume of water flowing out in 40 min = volume of field irrigated
l×b×h=area of irrigated field× height of standing water
5.4×1.8×100000/6=A×10/100
A=5.4×1.8×100×10000/6
A=0.9×1.8×1000000
A=16,20,000 square meters 162 hectares
Hope it helps you....
