Speed of water flowing will equal to height
so height for 30 minutes will be 10000/2 = 5000
now the volume of canal = L×B×H
=6×1.5×5000

now the volume of field which is irrigate = l×b×h
= l×b×0.8
according to question
6×1.5×5000= l×b×0.8
6×15×5000= l×b×8
l×b = 6×15×5000÷8
l×b = 56250m^2
hence the area will irrigate = l×b = 56250m^2
I hope it help u
