S= 10 km/h
10 × 1000 / 60 m/s
Vol. of water comes from canal in 1 min.
= 6×1.5×10×1000/60
= 1500 m cube..
Vol. of water in 30 min..
= 1500 × 30...... = 45000 m cube...

Vol. of water in 39 min. = area will be
irrigated
45000 = l × b × h
45000 = l× b × 8/100
45000 × 100 / 8 = l × b
11250 × 50 = l × b
562500 m sq. = l× b

In hectares...... 562500 / 10000
Area..... 56.25 hec........ Ans..

Hope it helpzz
