water is neither a base not an acidic substance because it is an amphoteric substance while with acids it behaves like basis and in the base reaction it behaves like an acid the pH of a normal water is 7 which says that it is neutral but it is an amphoteric substance

Water is a base




It doesn't has any acidic reaction
Doesn't have the properties of acid

If doubt ....try pouring it .....trut me
.Rmbr nothing shud be added
.It shud not be boiled heated
