water is mainly available in south region in abundance but to the northern and western side of India is not experiencing the rainfalls as much as other states so water scarcity is seen in this regions .so farmers are worried of usage of water.
in North .if we see southern states eg Kerala , Tamil nadu daily experience rainfalls sometimes continuously for weeks in that case we have water.
and in West such as Gujarat and Maharashtra we experience rains only during monsoons so during summer these region too experience droughts in that case there is scarcity of water and also if obtain pure water from hills naturally it can't be used due to pollution in water so limited water can be used. so we have water but we don't know to use in right purposes.
