In container A where there is vacuam, the balloon bulges. Because in the container where there is vacuum, the pressure is 0. But inside the balloon, it has some amount of pressure. Pressure gradient is created. To neutralize the pressure gradient, the balloon bulges in the container A and the balloon will eventually stick to the wall of the container if stretching extent permits.
