Water is flowing at 7m/s through a circular pipe of internal diameter of 4cm into a cylindrical tank,the radius of whose base is 40cm. Find the increase in water level in 30 minutes.

the water passed from the pipe in 30 minutes is 7×30×60×area of the pipe
= 7×30×60×2pi ×4 cm3

now the if we divide the area of the tank's surface we'll get the water level
(7×30×60×8 pi)/(2pi×40)
=630cm
