On our planet Earth, Water is the second most need for all living beings after oxygen. It is next to impossible to survive more than three days without water. That is why it is said that water is life. In fact, seventy per cent of the human body is made up of water.

Water helps the body execute some of the important body functions like digestion, excretion and balances the body temperature.
