water is not used for controlling oil fires . why ?

as u know water is heavier than oil then the fire caught by oil isn't put out by water ... because oil will float on water and still burn ... fire extinguishers are the most handy

Jiski wajah se aur bhee jagah phail sakta hai.
Isliye paani ka istemal nahi kiya jaata hai.
