water is not used to control fires involving electricak equipment. why?

LPG is a better domestic fuel than wood. Paper by itself catchesfire easily whereas a piece of paper wrapped around an aluminium pipe does n. Water is not used to control fires involving electrical equipments.

yeah water is not used to control fires involving electrical equipment because water is a good conductor of electricity . when we try to control fires from electrical equipment from water than the electricity passes from water towards us and we feel electric shock.
