slant height s=6.8 m
r = 5.2/2 = 2.6 m
h = √(s^2 - r^2) = √(6.8^2 - 2.6^2) = 6.283 m.
V = (1/3)pi * 2.6^2 * 6.283 = 44.48 m^3
so if the fill rate is 1.8 m^3 then the
reservoir will be filled in 44.48/1.8 = 24.7 or 25 minutes.
