Water-logging happens when heavy rainfall occurs due to incorrect drainage system where water gathers on road and causing problems.  

Apart from rain when soil can't absorb more and more water it causes an abrupt increase in underground water level.  

Hence it leads to roads and canals waterlogged.

Waterlogging is a severe problem.  

The inconveniences it causes also brings miseries along.  

During rainy season lot of water-borne diseases occurs where these diseases lead to epidemics and  proves dangerous for living beings
