Water normally boils at 100 degree but it is possible to boil water at room temperature.What variable would you have to change to do this?

Water should boil and form vapours at 100 degree C at 1 atm pressure but it is written in the literature that it is boiled at 80-degree Celcius at 1 atm even if contains salts
