Hey Mate....!! looks like your question is wrong !!
Because Zinc can react with both water can and Sulphuric acid..
Formula of Sulphuric acid = H2SO4
Reaction of Sulphuric acid with Zn metal :
H2SO4 + Zn ---› ZnSO4 + H2
In this reaction Zinc (Zn) displaces Hydrogen (H) because Zinn is more reactive then Hydrogen. That's why it displaces Hydrogen from it's aqueous solution and forms Zinc Sulphate (ZnSO4).
This is known as Displacement Reaction..
Reaction of Zinc metal with Water :
Zn + 2H20 ----› Zn + 2OH + H2
Zinc is more reactive than hydrogen. Therefore, Zinc will react with water.
