•water scarcity in plants causes wilting

wilting is the loss of rigidity of non woody parts of plants,

lower water availability caused wilting

high salinity is caused by wilting ,

saturated soil conditions where roots are unable to obtain sufficient oxygen for cellular respiration, and roots are unable to transport water into the plants.

• Due to loss of water ,many kinds of problems happened in plans ,one those maun problem is leaves drop,

due to the water scarcity ,leaves don't get their nutrients and can't able to prepare the food for plants .so the leaves drop is happened

•Due to the water scarcity, the leaves dry up is happened, when the water is low in amount , the leaves don't get their required water and become dry and fall down

so the answer would be

d) all of these
