hour=-1/6(due to empty)

according to question:-

1/5+1/8-1/6=

24+15-20/120=19/120

so,

1 workdone by(a+b+c)in 1hour

9/120 workdone by (a+b+c)in = 1÷19/120 hour

so, in 120/19 hour the tank was filled completely.
