If the vapour you mean is water vapour, then the main reason it goes up is because water vapour is approximately 1.5 times lighter than air and just like how an helium balloon rises up in air, it rises up. But generally all vapours(even the ones you observed in chemistry labs, when you heat chemicals in a test tube) rise up because hot gases are always lighter than cold gases( as predicted by Charles law) and this is also why the flame of candle stands (it wont stand straight in a space ship where there is no atmosphere to push light gases up. but would be a flame ball).

Hope it helps u!❤

Answer:

Condensation is the process by which water vapor in the air is changed into liquid water. Condensation is crucial to the water cycle because it is responsible for the formation of clouds. These clouds may produce precipitation, which is the primary route for water to return to the Earth's surface within the water cycle. Condensation is the opposite of evaporation.
