locomotion:sea stars move using a water vascular system.Water comes into the system via the madreporite(perforated plate by which the entry of seawater into the vascular system of an echinoderm is controlled).It is then circulated from the stone canal to the ring canal&into the radical canals.The radical canals carry water to the ampullae& provide suction to the tube feet
