water was boiling in a vessel for 10minutes . during this time ,water temperature was measured by laboratory thermometer several time.which come 100digry cellcius each time . why would this have happened when the water was heated by constant heating?​

Answer:

The temperature remains constant(100 °C) during boiling of water even though heat is supplied constantly because all the heat energy(latent heat) provided is used up in changing the state of water from liquid to gaseous water vapour.
