Given:

• Energy (E) = 124 ev = 124×1.602×10^19 J

= 198.64× 10^-19 J.

To find:

The wavelength of photon.

Solution:

We know that,

 \sf\bf{E =  \frac{hc}{ \lambda} } \\

 \sf\bf{ \lambda =  \frac{hc}{E} } \\

 \sf \rightsquigarrow \:{ \lambda =  \frac{6.626 \times  {10}^{ - 34}  \times 2.99792458 \times {10}^{8} }{198.64 \times {10}^{ - 19} } } \\

 \sf\rightsquigarrow \: {\lambda≈10 \times  {10}^{ - 9}m }

Therefore, the wavelength of photon is 10nm
