For Violet, Wavelength = 400 nm = 4 x 10^-7 m

For Red, Wavelength = 700 nm = 7 x 10^-7 m

We know that,

Speed of EM Waves (c) = Frequency x Wavelength

For Violet, Frequency = c / Wavelength

= 3 x 10^8 / 4 x 10^-7

= 0.75 x 10^15 Hz

For Red, Frequency = c / Wavelength of Red

= 3 x 10^8 / 7 x 10^-7

= 0.42 x 10^15 Hz

Hope this Helps!
