Clouds are formed using water vapours. When there is some water vapour collected it appears translucent. This keeps on increaing and thus starts to become thicker and whitish and hazy. This could be compared to a collection os polythene bags. When we hold one polythene bag it appears translucent and eventually when the numbers keep on increasing it becomes slightly opaque and thicker. Thus the same can be compared to the formation of clouds.
