The ways by which the unequal power contribute to the spread of HIV and AIDS are lack of education, discrimination, and violence. These all are associated with the unequal power relations to the spread to HIV.

Women have less education in sexual relations and women are discriminated in the society are were not given equal right in society. because of all these, they are not aware of the disease and the disease continue to increase because of lack of medicine and education.
