Most important is to study aeronautics and astrology. Then try to join the country's space organisation. Yet I don't know what to do exactly.

If you want to be an Indian astronaut then,you have to take PCM in school after that you have to give an ISAT exam conducted by ISRO(Indian Space Research Organisation) or you can directly apply for Indian airforce where they will keep as an test pilot. After that they will send you ISRO,if you are a good pilot.But still ISRO is not thinking to send an human to space for next 10 years.
If you want to become an American-Indian astronaut then you will go to America for applying in NASA.Then you will have to follow their procedure.
