These can’t be completely prevented. But, if noticing behavioral changes then therapy is one of the best options. It’s a little frowned upon in the conservative society. But, a therapist is probably the best option. But do not discuss the child’s problems with the therapist because the therapist and the patient should have a trustworthy relationship.
