Generally speaking, you simply make it a masculine noun by placing “le” in front of it. For example, pouvoir becomes le pouvoir, etc. But this does not work on all verbs. For example, “le manger” has a very low-class element to its sound. Some verbs are downright weird when nominalized, like “le dégrangoler”. And some already have set noun forms, like “l’amour.”
