We all know that if all powers are given to one person or group it leads to tyranny
and misuse of powers. The members of the Constituent Assembly were aware of it. In

They did not give power to single man. But they separated the powers equally so that they cant misused and so they made groups of leaders of govt. not a single leader of govt.
