we all know that we r and everything around us is made up with atoms but these atoms r identical with each other and when we breathe and in our other activities atoms involved or not ??? want expand answer but nothing unrelatable!!

Atoms and molecules follow the rules of chemistry and physics, even when they're part of a complex, living, breathing being. If you learned in chemistry that some atoms tend to gain or lose electrons or form bonds with each other, those facts remain true even when the atoms or molecules are part of a living thing. In fact, simple interactions between atoms—played out many times and in many different combinations, in a single cell or a larger organism—are what make life possible. One could argue that everything you are, including your consciousness, is the byproduct of chemical and electrical interactions between a very, very large number of nonliving atoms!

It is true that everything is made up of atoms, but all atoms are not identical to each other, properties of atoms differ depending upon their number of electrons and protons present and also the number if valence electrons in its outermost shell.......since everything is build up of atoms, it is pretty obvious that all our activities are also functions of various atoms.
For example when we breathe the glucose in our body, which is a six carbon molecule is broken down into pyruvate which is a three carbon molecule through various pathways,i.e, some organisms use oxygen for this purpose while others do this through pathways that do not involve oxygen
Hence it is clear that everything is controlled by the action of atoms....
