There was no one in the valley to help him and support his family . as he had firm faith in God he wrote a letter addressing to God . He asked the God for 100 pesos so as to sow the field again and feed his family that year . He sought the money to save his family as well as himself from starving . In the letter , Lencho described his pligt at the destruction caused to his crops by the hailstorm . He went to the city and mailed the letter through the postoffice .
