we are having speaking and Writing tests in which we would have been given a prompt and we have to read it and we have to discuss it with our partner as this test would be pair wise after reading the prompt we have to discuss it with our partner as their would be audio recording and this recording is going to be sent in cbse as an evidence. so give me some diaglouges which i will discuss with my partner and also we have to give the conclusion or solution after discussing about the prompt.. so here is my prompt "OFTEN WHEN STUDENTS LEAVE THEIR CLASS TO GO TO LIBRARY OR PLAYGROUND, THEY DON'T SWITCH OFF LIGHT OR FANS. THE TAPS ARE LEFT ON IN WASH ROOMS. WITH YOUR PARTNER, DISCUSS HOW YOU CAN CONVINCE YOUR CLASSMATES THAT THEY SHOULD BE MORE RESPONSIBLE ABOUT THIS."
Answers
You: I am saddened by the fact that our class mates do not switch off the fans and lights while leaving the class room to go to the playground.
Partner: Yes! They do not even bother to turn off the running taps in the washrooms.
You: I have decided to make a presentation in class on how much water and electricity we waste daily and give them concrete figures of how many houses can get water and electricity if we are not wasteful.
Partner: Great idea! Let us also arrange a screening of the movie Swades where it is shown that the views of the developed part of society are so far removed from reality.
You: I am sure that our classmates will give us a positive response. let us choose a monitor specifically for fining anybody who leaves the tap running or the lights on.....

Question- Often when students leave their class to go to the library or playground, they do not switch off lights or fans. The taps are left on in washrooms. Discuss how you can convince your classmates that they should be more responsible about this with your partner.
Teacher – Children, we are going to the Playground, make a line and silently head to the playground
Children – OK, teacher *makes a line and goes*
Me – Hey John, did you turn the lights off?
John – No, it’s not my job! The monitor was supposed to do it.
Me – John, it’s not anybody’s Job! Everyone must have the least knowledge about how valuable Electricity truly is!
John – Shut up! It’s School’s money that is being wasted why should I care?
Me – You would care when Electricity bills are touching the sky, we should save electricity for the natural resources are being wasted like coal, petroleum, etc.
John – Ok, why are you lecturing me, everyone is equally guilty, right?
Me – You are partially right, everyone who went outside the classroom before turning lights, and fans is responsible for this.
John – we should do something about the lack of awareness in these naïve children!
Me – you are exactly right, what should we do?
John – we should talk to the teacher to screw some things in those dumb heads of theirs!
Me – but the children are too careless to even listen to our sayings, we should do it more creatively, maybe on the stage, so more children can understand how valuable electricity is.
John – Yeah, like a performance, something like that
Me – Yeah, we should totally ask the teacher about it, after we go to the playground.
John and Me - *goes to the principal office after going to the playground and discussing the ideas*
Principal – You children are very considerate and smart, we should spread awareness about the importance of electricity and non-renewable resources, so we can use electricity in the future like we are doing in the Present. I am glad that the future of the country is in the hand of children like you
*The end*
