Ozone occurring near the Earth surface is s strong oxidant. It cause corrosion of articles, respiratory disease and also acts as a greenhouse gas. Luckily, it is not stable near the Earth's surface and forms oxygen and oxides....

We are really lucky that ozone is not stable near to the earth surface because it is very harmful for all the organism whose are living on the Earth planet..
It cause respiratory problem for us.
