We are not able to see objects when we enter a dim lit room from a bright lighted area.why?explain the parts of the human eye that control the amount of light entering into it and how do they do it?

pupil. It helps in formation of image .It takes some time to increase the pupil when we move from dark to light

It is because when we goes to dim light room
our iris will. take sime time adjust itself for how much light did lens want.....
Iris= it control the amount of light energy does eyle lens want to see the object clearly
