Democracy can be applied to any institution or any other related organisation. Those who are weaker has same rights as those of powerfuls. So this is a universal principle 1. In a democratic family decisions are taken when every member sits together and arrive at a consesus. The opinion of every person is valued as much as of the head of the family. 2. In a political party decisions are taken through consensus and delibrations. Not only the leader and his family decide which decisions are to be taken. 3. In a classroom a teacher allow his/her students to ask/speak questions he/she has a democratic temperment
