Health

  • Health refers to both mental and physical well being. A man is said to be fit if he is physically well while he is said to be sane if he is mentally well. If one is both physically and mentally well,he is said to be healthy

  • In contemporary times life has become a rat race, why do I say? Life has become monotonous and routine is the same everyday. If this routine is making you sad,it leads to depression and many physcological disorders

  • Mental well being matters too. Our state of mind ensures our productivity, mood and many other things. Any disease isn't required to spoil the state of mind

● Health means physical and mental conditions of a person. Both physically and mentally fit person is called a healthy person. Health is really an wealth. So to save this wealth ,we need to be more conscious about our daily activities.

★ 'We can be in poor health though diseases don't affect us ' : This means that even if diseases don't affect us we also can be in poor health because only for the cause of disease we aren't in poor health. We can be in poor health if our mental condition is not well. Mentally depressed person can't feel good unless their mental state isn't well enough.★

So to say, A man can't be in poor health just for the cause of disease. The reason can be different also.
