It is true that we can find a marine ecosystem on a beach shore.

Marine ecosystem is defined as the community which are mostly found near the high salt content seas and the nearby areas like beaches and oceans.

Marine ecosystem consists of all the species which can be found inside the water, in its natural form like fishes, corals, sea rocks, sands, etc.

It supports large diversity of marine species and divided into many zones. These zones consist of the following

1. Pelagic Zone- It includes oceanic water which are not in direct contact of the sea floor.

2. Epipelagic Zone- The layer of epipelagic is exposed to sunlight and heated by the sun rays.

3. Mesopelagic Zone- This zone involves the existence of most species of marine ecosystem.

4. Bethypelagic Zone- This is the zone where the reach of Sunlight is negligible and the organism uses bioluminescene too prepare their food.

5. Abyssopelagic Zone- Abyss means "no bottom". It covers the range of 4,000 to 6,000 km in the depth of oceans.
