Answer:

these are three different zones of flame with different colors

Explanation:

innermost zone

It consists of unburnt wax vapour given off by the molten wax it is the coldest part of the flame

middle zone

in this zone partial combustion of vapours takes place with the liberation of a lot of energy this energy partly decomposes the wax vapours into carbon particles this zone of the flame is hotter than the dark inner zone it is yellow in colour

outermost zone

it is a zone of complete combustion of wax vapours and carbon particles The air from the sides of the flame mixes with unburnt wax vapour and carbon particles (from the middle zone)and burns them completely to form carbon dioxide gas and water vapours It is the hottest part of the flame it is blue in colour

hope you like it

hope it helps you

The different colours of candle flame is because of different regions of flame with varying temperature .

Explanation:

Flame

It is a region of burning gases .

If we carefully observe candle we will notice that it has different colours of flame .Actually , not only colour they have characteristic features .

The flame of candle is divided into :

  • Outer region
  • Middle region
  • Inner region

Outer region

In this region complete combustion takes place .

It is blue in colour .

It is hottest zone

Middle region

In it partial combustion takes place .

It is yellow in colour .

It is moderate hot .

Inner zone

It contain unburnt wax vapours .

It is coldest zone .

It is least hot
