we can separate restriction endonuclease enzyme from prokaryotic and its work is to cut the DNA but why it can not cut its own DNA?... ​

Generally, restriction endonuclease cut or restrict dsDNA but interestingly, restriction endonuclease do not split or cut off its own dna. This prevention of cutting down is done by methylation (of restriction sites).
